Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. has provided consultancy services for preparation of the Detailed Engineering Report (DER) for rehabilitation and upgradation of the Chandikhole–Paradip section of NH-53 from Km 39.000 to Km 60.000 in the State of Odisha. The project involves widening of the existing four-lane highway to eight lanes to cater to increasing traffic demand associated with Paradip Port connectivity.
The scope of DER consultancy includes detailed topographic survey, traffic studies, geometric design for eight-lane configuration, pavement design, drainage and cross-drainage structures, service roads, junction improvements, and incorporation of road safety measures as per IRC and MoRTH standards.
The DER has been prepared with construction-ready drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantities, and cost estimates suitable for execution under EPC mode. The project aims to enhance freight movement efficiency, improve safety, and support industrial growth in the coastal corridor of Odisha.
