Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. provided supervision consultancy services during the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) stage of the Delhi–Meerut Expressway, one of India’s most critical high-speed urban expressway corridors connecting Delhi with Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
The scope of work involved continuous monitoring of routine and periodic maintenance activities across the expressway stretch, including pavement condition assessment, maintenance of structures, drainage systems, road furniture, signage, and traffic safety installations. Emphasis was placed on ensuring uninterrupted service levels, ride quality, and user safety as per concession requirements.
Rotrans Infra also monitored compliance with prescribed performance standards, safety protocols, and maintenance schedules. Regular inspections, review of maintenance records, and coordination with the concessionaire and authorities were carried out to ensure effective asset management, timely rectification of defects, and sustained operational efficiency of the expressway. The assignment played a vital role in maintaining the expressway’s reliability, safety, and long-term durability.
