Rotrans Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. provided supervision consultancy services for the four-laning works of National Highway NH-320 from Bokaro to Gola in the State of Jharkhand. This highway section forms an important regional corridor connecting industrial, mining, and urban areas.
The scope of supervision included close monitoring of construction activities related to pavement works, earthwork, structures, drainage systems, and highway safety features. Rotrans Infra ensured that all works were executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, IRC guidelines, and MoRTH standards.
Quality control and safety compliance were key components of the assignment. Regular site inspections, material testing reviews, verification of workmanship, and coordination with contractors and authorities were carried out to ensure timely progress and adherence to standards. The project contributed significantly to improved road capacity, enhanced safety, and better connectivity within the Bokaro–Gola region.
