The project forms part of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor and is identified as Package OD-1.
The scope of pre-bid consultancy included detailed review of bid documents, drawings, technical specifications, bill of quantities (BOQs), construction methodology, project risks, and contractual provisions to support informed bidding decisions.
